RFL offers free, confidential counseling to help you manage life challenges. All Costco employees from date of hire, dependents, household members and dependent children living away from home
up to age 26 get:
8 free counseling sessions per person, per issue, per year —
with in-person, virtual or chat therapy options
An RFL Care Partner can help you find a therapist in your medical plan’s network for your 8 free sessions. That way, you can continue care with the same provider after your free sessions end.

RFL offers 24/7 in-the-moment or crisis support. You have access to unlimited single session support to connect with a counselor right away, too.

Telemynd offers virtual access to therapists, psychologists and psychiatrists specializing in hundreds of conditions.
