What is the WITT pledge?
WITT means “We’re in This Together.” When it comes to health and well-being, we all have a role to play. WITT by the numbers
- 97,486 Costco employees and their family members took the WITT pledge in 2025.
- Those who take the pledge better understand the benefits of preventive care. They’re more likely to have a PCP who knows their health history and can help spot issues early.
- Employees who have a PCP are 19% less likely to end up in the ER.
- Pledgers are also more likely to enroll in programs like Omada — and 90% of employees who use Omada virtual physical therapy report a reduction in pain.
My spouse or domestic partner wants to know about our benefits. Can they pledge?
