Get help with your emotional health needs, including anxiety and depression, relationship struggles, alcohol and substance use concerns, and more. For example, find a therapist and access six free counseling sessions, per issue, per year. This program is available for you and your household members. Dependent children living away from home can use RFL up to age 26.
