The Live Healthy Team can connect you with registered dietitians to help build a meal plan and healthier eating habits. Connect with a Live Healthy registered dietitian by calling the Live Healthy Team at 800-814-3543, Monday–Friday, 7 am–7 pm CT, or completing the Registered Dietitian Form. Available to mainland employees only.

Another resource that supports healthier eating habits is Omada for Diabetes, Hypertension and Prevention & Weight Health. If you’re age 18+, get programs and one-on-one support for weight loss, plus help managing and preventing conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure. Meal planning can also help you lose weight and improve gut health. Cylinder, a digestive health program for those age 18+, also offers nutrition support. SSS Contigo connects you with a team of health experts, including nutritionists and health educators. All Costco employees and their family members age 18+ can join WeightWatchers at a discounted rate. Learn how to eat healthier, move more and reach your weight-loss goals.
