Encourage your employees to sign up for their first Well-being Challenge: Spend 5 minutes a day focusing on things you’re grateful for. Research shows a gratitude practice can improve emotional well-being.

Resources to help you help your employees

Get to know the Costco benefits, resources and content that are featured on the well-being portal each month. And make sure your employees know how their Costco benefits can support them and their covered dependents. An easy way to do this is by presenting this month’s we’re in this together program slides during your next staff meeting.

    • Employees can check their balance, choose investments, read articles about smart retirement planning and more, online.
    • They can download an app for convenient anytime, anywhere account management.

  • Benefits Quick Reference Guide
    • A convenient guide you can print and share with employees when you need information about Costco benefits in a hurry. As a reminder, please choose the one that applies to your location for resources available to your employees.
    • This guide is also available in poster format and was included in your Annual Enrollment kit, which was sent to all locations at the end of October. You can order additional posters by visiting the HR Materials Ordering Site.
