Resources to help you help your employees

Check out the Costco benefits, tools and services that are featured on the well-being portal this month. And make sure your employees know how their Costco benefits can support them and their covered dependents. An easy way to do this is by presenting this month’s We’re in This Together program slides during your next staff meeting.

  • Check in with your employees whenever you get the opportunity to make sure they’re taking care of themselves. Be prepared to answer questions about their coverage, and know where to send them for more information.
  • For employees suffering from holiday stress or depression, remember that you have access to tools and information that can help them. Take time to review the signs of suicide risk, and if you think someone might be considering suicide, refer them to the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988 or the Crisis Text Line by texting TALK to 741741. You can also call or text for an employee in need of immediate help.
  • Encourage your employees to visit Costcobenefits.com. They can get to know and use their Costco benefits. And they can find the support they need for their emotional, financial and physical well-being.
