Understanding mental health and its impacts

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and the focus of our WITT content. Your employees will learn how to deal with the emotional aftereffects of a disaster. Find ways to fight the stigma of mental health issues. Explore affordable therapy options. Watch a TED Talk about the positive mental health effects of exercise. And enjoy a healthy new breakfast sandwich from WeightWatchers®.

Employee mental health is a top priority

That’s why it’s so important that you, as a member of Costco leadership, know the resources and tools that can help them.

Be sure to check out the new scenario-based training videos that were created to help you prepare for mental health-related situations that can arise in the work place. You’ll find these videos, and other mental health resources, on our Mental Health Support page.

Resources to help you help your employees

It’s also important that you get to know the Costco benefits, resources and content that are featured on the well-being portal each month.
