Let’s shine a light on the women of Costco

Welcome to the Manager Update page. As a member of Costco leadership, you have an important role to play in helping to support your employees’ well-being. You can inspire them to take the 2023 WITT pledge. And you can encourage them to explore their benefits so they can take full advantage of them.

Encourage employees to take the 2023 pledge

Remind your employees who haven’t already done it, to take the 2023 We’re In This Together pledge. There’s no better way to get to know their Costco benefits and use them in their everyday life to improve their emotional, financial and physical well-being. When they do, they’ll get a monthly email reminding to check out the well-being portal for articles, videos, podcasts and more.

Click here for talking points to use when speaking to employees about the Pledge.

Focus on Women’s Health

February’s WITT content focuses on women and their well-being. Your employees can find out how to stay healthy at every age and stage, learn to cope with infertility and discover what having a mammogram is like. They’ll explore ways to save for their kids’ educations and listen to a podcast about dealing with “mom guilt”.
