Resources to help you help your employees

Get to know the Costco benefits, resources and content that are featured on the well-being portal each month. And make sure your employees know how their Costco benefits can support them and their covered dependents. An easy way to do this is by presenting this month’s we’re in this together program slides during your next staff meeting.  

  • Understand what signs to look for if you suspect an employee is struggling with alcohol, opioid or substance misuse. For more information, visit the Mental Health Support page to understand what warning signs to look for and tools to help them.   • The Personnel Department can assist you with steps to take if you suspect an employee is under the influence in the workplace. Call 1-800-284-4882, option 2.
  • Encourage your employees to visit Costcobenefits.com where they can get to know and use their Costco benefits when they or their family members need help.
