Resources to help you help your employees

Get to know the Costco benefits, resources and content that are featured on the well-being portal each month. And make sure your employees know how their Costco benefits can support them and their covered dependents. An easy way to do this is by presenting this month’s We’re in This Together program slides during your next staff meeting.

  • Be prepared to have informed conversations if your employees come to you with concerns or questions about safety matters, chronic pain and where to find information and support.
  • Share information with your employees about the importance of participating in Safety Week and getting to know their well-being resources. For information on how the Benefits Department is supporting Safety Week, visit the Safety Week page on the Benefits Program Tools site.
  • Encourage your employees to visit Costcobenefits.com. They can get to know and use their Costco benefits to find virtual physical therapy, motivation to keep them moving and medical and behavioral help for chronic pain.
